What We’re Looking For:
1+ year experience as a Kitchen Hand in a busy, high-volume restaurant
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie (advantageous but not essential)
Strong understanding of WH&S; and food safety standards
Reliable, efficient and team-focused attitude
Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster (including nights, weekends & public holidays)
