The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution across digital platforms and product marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns
Manage and grow digital channels including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Coordinate development of marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and product documentation
Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimise marketing outcomes
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Assist with website content management and updates
Liaise with internal teams to align marketing with sales and operational activities
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, market research, or campaign coordination
Experience in solar industry, trades or related industries is desirable but not essential
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and contribute to marketing strategy development
Experience coordinating marketing activities across digital and offline channels
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and team-oriented workplace
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or CRM systems
Experience working with diverse client groups or international markets will be considered favorably.
