Kitchen Operations
Assist the head chef and the team with daily food preparation and cooking tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Help prepare other Japanese dishes as needed, ensuring the quality and consistency of each dish.
Hygiene and Safety
Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
Keep the work area clean and organized, adhere to food safety procedures.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure productive operations and seamless service.
Assist the head chef with other cooking tasks and preparation work as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Robust sense of responsibility and positive time management skills.
Relevant work experience is preferred.
