About the Role
We're seeking a motivated painter who can take ownership of projects, work independently, and lead a team to deliver exceptional results.
Essential Requirements
Qualified painter with 3+ years of professional painting experience
Proven airless spray painting experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience managing painting projects from start to finish
Ability to lead and supervise a team on-site
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and skilled
Good communication skills
Current Australian Driver's License (preferred)
White Card and own tools are advantageous
