We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly team at Three Beans Dee Why.

Part time or casual position available

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year barista experience
Must be able to make coffee independently during busy periods
Exceptional customer service skills are a must
Friendly, positive and confident personality
Able to engage with customers and create a welcoming café experience
Able to dial in grinders and maintain coffee consistency
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Food preparation experience is an advantage but not essential
