What you'll do:
Supervise daily agricultural operations and team activities.
Support efficient workflows and operational performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Monitor work quality and promote protected working practices.
Help improve processes and identify operational opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Support the development and training of team members.
Build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Contribute to a team-oriented and productive workplace.

Requirements:
Experience in agriculture,



operations, logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience are welcomed.

Pay: $4,500.00 – $8,000.00 per month
