Cadence Sports and Exercise Medicine is a newly established sports medicine clinic opening in Melbourne's inner northern suburbs, providing specialist sports physician consultations, injury assessment and management, and coordinated care for athletes and the broader community. Founded by Dr Matt Chamberlain and Dr Chris Hasenkam, the clinic offers a rare prospect for the successful candidate to help shape systems, culture, and patient experience from the ground up, working closely with the Directors and founding clinical team.

The Practice Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the clinic, including administrative and financial management, staffing and human resources, compliance and risk management, patient experience, and the systems and processes that support high-quality clinical care. This is a hands-on, foundational role suited to someone who thrives on establishing current processes as well as running them.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
