The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers find that perfect card, comic, or collectible while keeping the space running smoothly.

Responsibilities:




Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
Create a fun, welcoming in-store experience
Process sales via POS and handle cash/card transactions
Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
Learn and stay up to date with products (TCG trends, current stock, promotions, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
Work well in a small team and independently

About You:
A love for collectibles, TCGs, anime, comics, or pop culture
Retail/customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Able to work weekends required
Hold a valid NSW License (preferred but not required)
