Here at Concentis , we are partnering with a local company to source a Site Manager to lead a team of contractors across a diverse range of projects.

You will be responsible for supervising and monitoring contractors to ensure project safety and technical specifications are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate and prioritise project work
Manage Sub-contractors to program
Develop and maintain project documentation
Manage and maintain stakeholder communications and expectations
Maintain up-to-date schedules and registers for risk, cost, and scope
Support development of scope of works for design and construction tender documents
Review and sign off on quality, testing, and compliance requirements
Identify and mitigate risks within the project lifecycle
Assist in tender review processes




Ensure timely and budget compliant project delivery

About You:
Ideally you come from a Carpentry background but experience within a similar trade understanding the methodology on site and how to work to program will be considered
Have or willing to obtain your QBCC licence
Demonstrated experience in supervising
Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings
Experience in infrastructure construction and contractor management
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
