About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and personable individuals with a passion for financial assistance to join our team.

Your role is primarily phone-based and operates during normal business hours. From time to time, a face to face appointment may be required.

Skills and Experience:
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Minimum 1-year in a customer facing role
Finance experience desired, collections experience highly valued
Possess an exceptional and articulate phone manner and communications skills
The ability to follow a process repeatedly
Acute attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport with stakeholders
You are self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
You possess an open-minded approach
The ability to work proactively with a team

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
