Whiteman Edge Medical & Dental Centre is looking for a part-time medical receptionist with a minimum of 2 years' GP clinic experience to join our fun, rapid-paced, genuinely supportive team. You'll be the first hello, the calm voice on the phone, and the behind-the-scenes wizard keeping everything running smoothly.

Your Day Will Include
Greeting patients like a pro—even before coffee
Managing appointments, cancellations, reschedules, and "Can I squeeze in?" requests
Registering new patients and keeping records accurate




Processing payments without breaking a sweat
Answering patient questions with empathy and confidence
Coordinating patient flow so the clinical team can do their thing
Keeping the front desk calm, organised, and running like clockwork

You'll Be Perfect If You Have
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Medical Receptionist in a GP clinic
Strong Best Practice experience (non-negotiable—you know your stuff)
Great communication skills and a natural way with people
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence with computers and practice management systems
A caring, patient-focused approach
A team-first mindset and a good sense of humour
