McCafé Manager

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic McCafé Manager to join the team across our organisation - McDonald’s Belconnen, Weston, Molonglo Valley, Gungahlin, Charnwood and Kippax.

As a high paced 24-hour, 7 day a week business, availability across all day parts is required. Flexible scheduling is required for the need of the business.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis
Provide exceptional Quality Coffee and customer service across the organisation through your leadership
Provide on-going training to multiple restaurant teams
Lead your team of well-trained Barista’s across multiple locations
Conduct Quality visits and checks and provide feedback
Plan and conduct training needs as required
Meet set KPI’s
Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers.
Comply with business policies, procedures,



safety and security standards for a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Coffee / Barista experience a must and have the ability to lead, train and inspire several teams across multiple locations.
