What we’re looking for:
Experience in retail and/or hospitality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Available to work at least 20 hours per week (with additional hours available for the right candidate)
Positive, friendly, and easy to work with Hardworking, reliable, and able to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
Able to make gelato or willing to learn gelato production and presentation
A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
What you’ll do:
Support the Store Manager with daily operations
Deliver exceptional customer service
Prepare and serve premium gelato and desserts
Learn how to make and maintain our handcrafted gelato
Help train and support team members
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation
