Casual Chef – Hobsons Bay Hotel

Hobsons Bay Hotel is looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the role:
Casual position with a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen workplace
Prepare and deliver high-quality meals while maintaining kitchen standards
Collaborate effectively with a small, close-knit team
Opportunity to work across multiple venues when required

About you:
Previous experience working as a Chef in a pub,



restaurant, or similar hospitality environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
