Chef (Full-Time) – Woodfired Mediterranean Grill & Café

Woodfired has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team

in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.

About the Role
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.
Assisting in menu planning, stock control, and ordering supplies.
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Australian regulations.
Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and

service.
Monitoring portion control and minimising food wastage.

Applicant Requirements
Hold a relevant formal qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher).
Have at least 1 years of full-time relevant work experience in a commercial kitchen, in

addition to formal qualifications.




Possess solid knowledge of food safety and WHS requirements.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Be available to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Remuneration

This is a full-time position with a base salary of $79,000 - $80,000 per annum (exclusive o

superannuation), depending on skills and experience.
