Coordinate the day to day preparation, display and service of food and beverages.
Manage control systems to measure customer satisfaction, food and beverage costs, labour costs, profit margins and other operational aspects of the training outlet space.
Supervise compliance with the food safety plan and other compliance requirements.
Perform cleaning duties whilst maintaining compliance with food safety requirements.
Pay: $55,158.62 – $81,851.05 per year
