Planar Restaurant is looking for an experienced enthusiastic and passionate manager to join our team.

What we are looking for:
Solid Restaurant Management experience
Passion for customer service
Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and managing a team
Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
Self motivated, highly organised & well presented
Exceptional communication skills

The role includes but not limited to:
Management of all aspects of front of house operations
Hands on management to ensure that all staff are delivering excellent service and customers leave happy
Staff selection and coaching
Opening and closing of restaurant
Rostering and wages control
Ordering and monitoring stock levels of all non-food items




Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are kept clean at all times
