The Company

This global fund manager is a leader in their field. The past 12 months has seen them expand their Asia-Pacific presence with a particular focus on the growth of their Sydney office.

This newly created role will see you lead and establish the Investor Services team. Initially a stand‑alone position, you will be expected to develop, lead and grow the team with the aim of creating a best‑in‑class investor services function.

The responsibilities
Develop and lead a best‑in‑class investor services framework which elevates and enhances the investor experience.
Assist with fund onboarding and liaise with service providers and local and global distribution and investment platforms.




Develop a robust understanding of distribution partners operational platforms enabling you to answer queries and resolve issues.
Deliver effective recruitment, performance management, training and change management practices.
Develop team capability, ensuring up to date investment product knowledge.
Play a key role in research and projects which support expansion into recent geographic markets and business channels.

The Candidate

Successful candidates will have:
5+ years’ experience in funds management.
Previous experience in investor services and/or fund onboarding.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Highly driven and proactive with the ability to take initiative.
Strong leadership skills.
Drive, motivation and a pro‑active attitude.
