Locally owned and operated, our group includes Genesis Health + Fitness Lawnton and Windsor Clubs, our clubs have recently undergone full-club upgrades and offer high-quality facilities with large gym and functional training zones, multiple group training studios, Coaching Zone, Reformer Pilates, sauna and steam room, and a kids club creche; we are the Club for everyone.

Membership Sales Consultant
As a Member Sales Consultant at our Genesis Lawnton club, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Club.

The role is highly varied but has two explicit goals - achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales and marketing activities, and retaining existing members through delivering high quality customer service.

The roles involves a rotating 5-day rotating roster with regular Monday-Thursday shifts such as 9:30am-6:30pm plus at least 1 Saturday per month, .

Key Responsibilities:




Proactively contribute to club sales budgets utilising the various sales promotions and referral campaigns
Generating recent leads and marketing opportunities through community outreach, and seeking referrals from current and existing members
Providing club tours and sales presentations to prospective new members
Active involvement in member retention activities
Opening or closing the club when required
Provide exceptional customer service and and contribute to our overall member experience

To be successful in this role you will need:
Current First Aid & CPR certificates
Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
Strong communication skills
Customer focused
