What We’re Looking For
A drilling professional ready to step up and lead
Proven experience managing drill crews
Cert III or IV in Drilling Operations (or working towards it)
Solid safety mindset and commitment to standards

Must‑Haves
Current Driver’s Licence (HR)
First Aid (within 2 years)
Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
Police clearance and two recent references
Must have Australian working rights
