Overview

The role focuses on HR Operations - Payroll Terminations experience within the APAC region, supporting payroll processes and related controls.

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end payroll support in AU, including terminations processes and quality checks of payroll files.
Demonstrate solid regulatory understanding and payroll compliance.
Manage payroll processing using SuccessFactors EC/ECP tools, including redundancy calculations and handling high-volume scenarios.
Assess payroll risks and implement potential mitigations/controls.

Qualifications
Core AU end-to-end payroll experience (5+ years),



preferably within financial institutions such as banks.
Solid understanding of exits, redundancy processes, and quality checks of payroll data.
Experience with SuccessFactors EC/ECP and redundancy calculations.
Ability to work in a high-volume payroll setting with focus on accuracy and compliance.
Preference for candidates with local AU residency.
