About Prosper Care and Support

Prosper Care and Support is a registered NDIS provider delivering warm, person-centred support across Melbourne. We're expanding into the south-east and looking for experienced casual Disability Support Workers around Frankston and Langwarrin.

About the role

You'll provide regular, one-to-one support to a participant with high physical support needs, helping them live well at home and stay active in their community. This is a hands-on personal-care role for a confident, experienced worker.

What you'll do
Personal care, hygiene and continence support
Safe manual handling and transfers using a transfer aid (e.g. Sara Stedy)
Supporting a physiotherapist-prescribed exercise and mobility routine
Community access, volunteering and daily-living/cooking skills
Encouraging independence with warmth and dignity
Attentive, supportive communication and monitoring of wellbeing
Accurate shift notes

What we're looking for
Experienced,



confident and reliable - someone a participant can count on week to week
Robust manual-handling and transfer skills (transfer-aid experience highly regarded)
Comfortable with personal and continence care
Warm, encouraging and mental-health aware
Happy to follow a set exercise/therapy program

Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid driver's licence and your own reliable, insured vehicle
Right to work in Australia
Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability (desirable)
