Job Summary:
The SAP Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FICO solutions that meet business requirements.
The role involves close collaboration with Finance teams and IT to ensure smooth financial processes and system integration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with business users to gather and analyze finance-related requirements (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling, etc.).
Configure and support SAP FICO modules to align with business needs.




Design and implement financial process improvements and automation using SAP best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, HR, etc.) for end-to-end process integration.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system enhancements.
