About The Chance

Safety Advisors will support construction teams in safely delivering high-risk works, ensuring effective implementation of the project’s Safety and Health Management System and promoting a robust safety culture. Advisors must be flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Requirements
OHS qualifications or equivalent
Experience in construction or high-risk environments
Strong knowledge of safety systems and legislation
Ability to work autonomously on shift
Incident investigation capability (ICAM preferred)
Strong communication skills
