Supervisor - Food & Beverage

$37.20 per hour as a permanent full time employee

THE POSITION
Location: Compass Group team at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital
Overseeing the training, growth and development of the team members
Ensuring the team adheres to policies, procedures and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation and delivery of meals to wards within the hospital
Check stock levels and place orders to ensure we have enough supplies

THE PERSON
Experience in leading people
Ability to work in a physically demanding role




Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control and process integrity
Versatile approach and attitude with excellent communication skills
Possess a police check or be willing to obtain it
