We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Melbourne on a full-time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operating a tow truck safely and professionally.
Attending vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and transport requests.
Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading vehicles.
Providing outstanding customer service in often stressful situations.
Completing required paperwork accurately.
Maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle.
Essential Requirements
Current Australian driver’s licence suitable for operating a tow truck.
Previous towing or heavy vehicle driving experience preferred.
Clear and fluent English communication skills are essential.
Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety.
Positive knowledge of Melbourne roads is an advantage.
