Job Description:

Wildflour Bakery is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have experience in artisanal baking, with a focus on high-quality breads, pastries, and biscuits. As a Baker at Wildflour, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products from scratch, ensuring consistency, and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bread, pastries, and biscuits.
Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure product consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work workplace.
Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and product offerings.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all products are prepared in a sanitary workplace.





Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
