New Noodle Box Dine-in & Bar restaurant concept, we need a energetic leader to add to our already awesome team.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a customer-centric hospitality legend to lead our team at our NEW casual Dine-in & Bar Concept due to Launch in Richmond. You'll be highly motivated to make an impact, not afraid to bring great ideas to the table and a true people person whose priority is to ensure every customer is getting the great service and food experience we're known for. This position will see you running shifts day-to-day, whilst managing wages and inventory whilst on shift.
Some of the things which would make you a standout candidate:
Experience dining/kitchen/bar management, leading a service; executing 100% standards around quality, service and cleanliness.
Understand the importance of pre-shifts, peak hours, non-peak hours, and pre-close procedures.
Understand how to control costs including labour and cost of goods
Confidence in giving team feedback and consistent coaching.
Ability to roll out national marketing campaigns.
Have a flair for customer service and engagement, more importantly though, being able to coach your team the same high standards.
Ability to roll with the punches and apply a can-do approach when faced with problems.
Have confidence, character, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
