About the Role
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Respond to sales enquiries and convert quotes into orders
Prepare quotations, process purchase orders and manage customer accounts
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
Assist with inventory management and customer specific orders
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to optimise quality of service and customer satisfaction

What We are Looking For




Proven 3 years experience in a previous experience in customer service
Ability to represent the brand in a prompt and qualified manner
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong computer skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced workplace
A proactive, team focused attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
