We are looking for an experienced and creative Breakfast / Brunch Chef to join our team and help develop our current breakfast and brunch menu.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys creating quality dishes, bringing new ideas to the kitchen, and being part of building a fresh breakfast experience.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
Assist with developing and refining new menu ideas
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Manage kitchen preparation and organisation
Ensure a clean and secure working workplace
Work collaboratively with the team

About you:
Previous experience in breakfast or brunch kitchens is preferred
Creative mindset with a passion for good food




Able to work independently and take ownership of the breakfast section
Reliable, organised and detail-focused
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas
