This ASX-listed organisation is seeking a Senior Reward Specialist to own the design and delivery of performance and reward programs across Australia & New Zealand. Working in a small, highly collaborative team, this is a rare chance to take full accountability for the reward portfolio, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making. About The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, you will:
Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ reward program including salary review, job evaluations and benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance.
Work closely with the Global Head of Reward across a broad and global reward environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
Analyse and interpret data to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including WGEA and gender pay equity reporting.
Continuously improve processes,



trackers and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder confidence.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Reward or Remuneration & Perks professional who thrives on detail, data integrity and stakeholder engagement.

You Will Bring
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the capability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work that is “board-ready.”
Solid systems mindset with the ability to follow and improve standard operating processes.
ASX-listed experience and Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation knowledge are highly regarded but not essential.
