The Role:

As our lovely Bar legend, you’ll serve as a key member of our service team! You will be responsible for assisting our team to meets our commitments to customer service, high quality standards and team member enjoyment in a busy environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure customer experiences are at or above our standards!
Follow all processes such as venue open & closes, as well as identifying and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
Ensure product quality is on point!
Have a solid motivation to understand the Squires Loft menu & offerings.
Working in a way which aligns with the business' values, ensuring all team member's experience is fun, secure and enriching.
Help teammates whether on the floor or kitchen, to ensure we quickly identify and assist in minimising stressful situations in a busy environment.




Communicate well with all employees and serve as a teammate within the group!
Identify & communicate any repair needs or ongoing scheduling challenges that can be improved and seek solutions.
