Job description:

This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality qualified looking to grow in operations management while contributing to a high-performing team environment.

The position oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Residential Building Management, working closely with teams to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service delivery.

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our 40-level property, consisting of serviced apartments and residential units. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high service standards and a protected, well-maintained setting for guests, residents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations across Front Office (GSA), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Building Management
Ensure excellent guest and resident service, resolving requests and concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support to staff




Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness throughout the property
Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and facility requirements
Assist with operational planning, cost control, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements
Previous experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or property operations, ideally in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Good administrative and computer skills

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
