Working within an Adelaide-based engineering consultancy delivering end-to-end solutions across renewable energy, electrical, and energy storage projects .
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver C&I; solar PV and battery (BESS) systems
Perform system sizing, energy modelling, and feasibility analysis
Develop SLDs, layouts, and technical documentation
Support projects across full lifecycle (design commissioning handover)
Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and grid requirements
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Skills & Expertise
Solar PV system design and BESS integration
Energy modelling tools (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, Homer )
Strong understanding of electrical engineering & power systems
Knowledge of AS/NZS standards and grid connection processes
Technical documentation and drawing preparation
Project coordination and stakeholder communication
