Home Grown on Piper is looking for a reliable, experienced café cook to join our friendly team. This is straightforward breakfast and lunch café cooking - eggs, breakfast dishes and basic food preparation. Nothing overly fancy, and qualifications aren’t essential. We need someone who can confidently run a breakfast service, stay organised and produce consistent food.
Availability: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am – 2pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am – 2pm, every second weekend
Weekend arrangement may be negotiable
You’ll need: Previous café or commercial kitchen experience
Confidence cooking eggs and breakfast dishes
Valuable food-safety and kitchen-cleanliness habits
The ability to work calmly during busy service
Reliability and positive communication
We offer a predictable daytime roster, alternate weekends off and a friendly local workplace. A trial shift will be arranged for suitable applicants.
