Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfilment and dispatch
Monitor order status and follow up on delays or issues
Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding order enquiries
Maintain accurate records in the system (e.g. NetSuite)
Assist with stock checks and allocation where required
Requirements:
Previous experience in order processing or customer service preferred
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is an advantage
