The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to bring their paid media strategy in-house and lead digital acquisition across their growing portfolio of apartment communities.
This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role where you’ll own strategy, execution, and optimisation across performance channels. You’ll play a key role in driving lead generation for new apartment launches while building scalable in‑house performance marketing capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and manage performance marketing campaigns end‑to‑end across Google Ads (Search & PMax), Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms
Develop acquisition strategies for recent apartment launches and ongoing portfolio growth
Plan and optimise campaigns across audience targeting,
creative testing and conversion performance
Use first‑party data and analytics to track performance and improve ROI
Manage budgets, forecast media spend and optimise cost per lead and acquisition
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns
Help scale the organisation’s in‑house marketing capability over time
What They’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition
Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and paid social platforms
Proven ability to run data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns
Comfortable balancing strategy and hands‑on execution
Experience in property, real estate or high‑volume consumer businesses is highly regarded
A test‑and‑learn mindset and strong analytical approach
