Lead Educator

We are looking for a passionate Lead Educator to shape the curriculum and learning experience for young children, fostering a solid sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence, and connection to the world.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children, and families.
Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning.
Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices, including EYLF and NQS.
Champion children's learning and development to support their solid sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence, and connection to the world.

Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards one.
In‑depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry‑based learning.
Experience leading a room or team.
Strong commitment to outstanding education and care for young children.




Aligned with the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
Current WWCC and First Aid certificates.
Ability to provide a certificate confirming completion of the federally mandated “National Child Safety Training” via Geccko, or willingness to obtain it prior to employment.
