Job Duties
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in foundation, framing, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating, and painting.
Manage day‑to‑day activities on site and ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish as per Building code.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Manage construction sub‑trades and suppliers on the job site and mitigate issues as they arise.
Requisition materials and supplies.
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
Prepare work progress reports.
May manage the operations of the company.
Select tools, equipment,



and construction materials from storage and transport items to work site.
Assist and work closely with concrete finishers, carpenters, floorers, drywall installers and painters to complete tasks.
May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
Clean work areas, machines and equipment to maintain a clean and secure job site, free of debris.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of site supervisory experience.
Minimum 3–5 years siding, flooring, painting, concrete finishing (preferably) or carpentry experience.
Punctual & reliable.
Hardworking & self‑motivated.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Team player and a positive motivator.
Safety conscience.
Job site preparation and organization.
