What you’ll be doing
Preparing and processing sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinating with clients, solicitors, developers, and agents to keep timelines on track.
Managing settlements and key milestones, ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting to support the sales team.
Assisting with ad-hoc administration to keep the office organised and efficient.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in contract administration, sales coordination, or a similar role within property, development, or real estate.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Robust communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
