Inspired by the heart of Paris and infused with Melbourne street culture, FRENCHIE is built for fast service, bold flavours, and memorable guest experiences.

As we continue to grow after our opening in Melbourne CBD, we're looking for a Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and help bring FRENCHIE to life on the floor.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment, perfect for someone who thrives in service, loves developing people, and takes pride in running a tight, high-energy bar.

The Role

As Bar Supervisor at FRENCHIE, you'll work under the Bar Manager, helping run shifts and keep the bar organised day-to-day. You'll support the team during service, step in to lead when needed, and work closely with FOH and kitchen to keep everything flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the bar team during service, ensuring speed, consistency, and quality across the bar program. Train and coach junior bar staff on cocktails, wine,



and service standards. Manage stock levels, ordering, and bar organisation. Ensure RSA compliance and secure, responsible service at all times. Work closely with the venue manager to plan and run smooth shifts. Handle guest requests and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism. Keep the bar clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.

About You

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior bar role in a fast-paced venue. Strong cocktail, wine, and beverage knowledge. Confident leading and inspiring a team under pressure. Strong communication and organisational skills. Current RSA (required). Passion for hospitality and great service. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
