We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take full operational ownership of a high‑performing retail portfolio within a premium client account; IFM Investors.
You will be responsible for day‑to‑day facilities management of the centre, ensuring the asset operates safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversight of WHS, statutory and essential services compliance
Tenant liaison and issue resolution
Management of reactive works and preventative maintenance
Use of established FM systems for reporting and documentation
Support the wider FM team to ensure consistent service delivery
Day‑to‑day facilities management of the centre
Visibly on site, managing contractors, overseeing maintenance programs, ensuring high standard of presentation and performance
Qualifications
3–7 years’ experience in a facilities management role
Strong understanding of building services and compliance
Experience managing contractors and service agreements
Exposure to budgeting or capital works advantageous
Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
Excels in communicating with tenants
