Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans across diverse environments (clients’ homes, day centres, parks, clinic rooms).
Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop cutting-edge solutions.
Build enduring relationships with clients and witness lasting impact.

Program starts with a full week of graduate‑specific induction sessions and 6 months of dedicated induction, training, and up‑skilling.
Support: Buddy system and colleague support.
Supervision: Discipline‑specific 1:1 Supervisor; clinical support in NDIS and caseload.
Ongoing Training: 6‑month induction, training, up‑skilling.
Study Leave:



4 paid days per year.
Resources: Laptop, phone, therapy/assessment resources.

About You

We’re after Speech Pathologists with genuine interest in supporting participants with disability, who speak up for improvement and treat goals as missions.

You Will Also Hold
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with graduation date 2025 or Jan 2026.
A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
