We’re partnering with a highly regarded Tier 2 builder to appoint an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team on a major $100M Class 2 residential apartment project in North Sydney, NSW .

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the finishes stage across a large-scale residential apartment development, ensuring all trades, quality standards, and programme milestones are delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you’ll play a key role in driving programme, defect minimisation, and subcontractor coordination through the final stages of delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all finishes trades onsite
Drive programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality finishes throughout the project
Coordinate defect inspections and rectification works
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site procedures
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team
Assist with commissioning, practical completion, and handover processes




Maintain strong site presentation and daily coordination of works

Requirements
Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on Class 2 residential apartment projects with values up to $70M+
Experience delivering medium to high-rise residential developments
Solid understanding of finishes sequencing and defect management
Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme outcomes
Solid eye for detail and quality workmanship
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive and hands‑on approach onsite
