Reporting to the Head of Ticketing, the Ticketing Manager will assist with delivering Rugby Australia’s ticketing program for the Wallabies, Wallaroos and Sevens. Working closely with venues, ticketing agents and internal stakeholders you will deliver end‑to‑end ticketing solutions, manage event builds, collate ticketing requirements, transact, print and distribute ticket allocations, and respond to enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
As the “engine room” of the ticketing function, you will oversee the Ticketing Services inbox, support game‑day ticketing operations when required (box office management, staffing coordination), update the Rugby AU Tickets app and help develop new initiatives and programs to increase ticketing revenue.

Key to success in this role is the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including ticketing agencies, venues and sponsors. A proactive self‑starter with a high level of attention to detail, a process‑driven mindset and the ability to resolve sensitive issues at all levels is essential.
Experience with major ticketing systems such as Ticketek, Ticketmaster and Archtics
Commercially astute and highly organised
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Understanding of rugby and enthusiasm for the sport is beneficial
