We’re now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Docklands team, stepping into a warm desk with active roles, repeat clients and a robust candidate network.
What you'll be doing
Managing a busy Trades & Labour desk across construction and civil
Filling high-volume roles with speed and quality
Building and maintaining solid client relationships
Sourcing, screening and placing blue-collar candidates
Managing site requirements, compliance and ongoing workforce needs
Growing your desk through consistent delivery and business development

About you
Experience in recruitment (Trades & Labour / industrial highly regarded) OR a strong background in sales
Comfortable in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
Driven by results, activity and earning potential
Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities
Team player with a strong work ethic
