An established Underwriting Agency is seeking a polished Underwriter specialising in Financial Lines. You’ll manage a portfolio of complex accounts, develop strong broker relationships and build your skillset.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of insurance underwriting experience.
Experience in Underwriting Financial Lines product classes is a must
Willingness to undertake all aspects of insurance underwriting, including managing client relationships, all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Someone who is building or looking to build their market profile
Ability to work in a cooperative team environment.
Competent in IT and office procedures.

Undertake the maintenance of a risk portfolio.
Processing quotations, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.
Identify prospects for cross-sell and/or up-sell of products to clients
