Job description:
Your Mission
Conduct field-based inspections and performance verification maintenance of all KARL STORZ products.
Provide phone and pre and post-sales support, installation, troubleshooting of KARL STORZ equipment.
Facilitate training and education on KARL STORZ products and services for all levels of hospital and KARL STORZ staff as required.
Identify improvement opportunities for the customer to optimise the utilisation of their KARL STORZ products.
Participate in periodic business reviews within a Territory, providing performance verification evaluation reports, transactional and contracted service history, and in-servicing details.
Ability to support the Territory Manager in developing business opportunities.
Compliant with WHS in the workplace.
Work to grow service contract revenue through additional offerings.
Your Talents
A diploma or bachelor's degree in a health or science related discipline is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, and able to work with different personalities in a hospital/ theatre setting.
Sound troubleshooting skills and analytical ability.
Familiarity with hospital/surgical environments and Australian standards AS5369 will be highly regarded.
A robust commitment to promoting the Company's products and achieving company objectives is essential.
A robust commitment to personal development, including continuously developing product knowledge and self-improvement to grow yourself.
A valid driver's license is essential, and the ability to travel as required.
As we work in patient environments with theatre protocols, a national police check and working with children certification is mandatory.
