Inventory Controller Location: Western Sydney Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent About the Role An exciting prospect has become available for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller / Inventory Planner to support inventory, purchasing and logistics activities within a growing engineering and manufacturing business.
This role would suit someone with experience in warehousing, stores, inventory control or logistics who is looking to transition into a more office-based position while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting purchasing activities and assisting with logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning activities. Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers regarding stock requirements.
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and logistics activities. Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with corrective actions. Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems.
Prepare inventory and purchasing reports as required. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock availability and efficient workflow. About
You Previous experience in warehousing, stores, inventory control, logistics or supply chain administration. Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Comfortable using ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and inventory management software. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across warehouse and office settings.
