We’re looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our Sales, Events & Reservations team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality who’s ready to take the next step into an exciting, people-focused, and administrative role.

The Opportunity
As a Reservations Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring their experience starts on the right note.
Responsibilities
Respond to guest enquiries by phone and email in a professional, sales-focused way.
Manage reservations and group bookings using OpenTable and iVvy.
Promote packages and upsell where possible.
Prepare client proposals and liaise with guests to confirm details.
Support the team with research and data collection.
Who You Are
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Confidence working under pressure and handling multiple enquiries.
A positive, professional attitude with great attention to detail.
Team spirit and a drive to deliver exceptional experiences.
Knowledge of booking systems such as OpenTable or iVvy (advantageous, but training provided).
